Acceptance of Terms:

By using the Snapcen mobile application or it's related services, you agree to comply with these terms of use.

Purpose:

Snapcen is designed to facilitate seamless payment for commercial motorbike, taxi rides and the general target audience using existing mobile money, orange money through QR code scanning.

User Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment information and maintaining the security of their accounts.

Payment Authorization:

By scanning the receiver's QR code and submitting the transaction, you authorize Snapcen to initiate the transaction using your mobile money account. Note that after Snapcen initiate the transaction using mobile money account, the confirmation of the transaction will NOT be handled by Snapcen again but managed by your mobile money operator, what this mean is that Snapcen does NOT HAVE or will NEVER see your account PIN code

Transaction Disputes:

Any disputes regarding payments or services should be resolved directly between the user and the rider. Snapcen does not assume liability for such disputes.

Privacy and Data Security:

Snapcen values user privacy and implements appropriate measures to protect personal information provided during the transaction process. Users can opt to hide their phone numbers, merchant number etc

User Conduct:

Users must not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities while using the Snapcen application, in cases where we detect such activities, Snapcen has the right to apply the law.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the Snapcen mobile application and its content related materials belong to Snapam Company Limited. Users must not use or reproduce any materials without prior consent.

Limitation of Liability:

Snapcen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

Modifications:

Snapcen reserves the right to modify or update these terms of use. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination:

Snapcen may terminate user access to the application at any time without prior notice if the terms of use are violated.

Governing Law:

These terms of use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
